The useful model relates to medicine, to the section of neurology and neuropsychology and can be used in neurorehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics when conducting group exercises to restore the motor functions of the hands and intellectual activity in patients of a neurological clinic with organic brain lesions of various etiologies. A game stepped simulator for group exercises to restore motor functions of hands and intellectual activity in patients of a neurological clinic has been created, containing a plastic base in the form of a symmetrical stepped figure, on both surfaces of which square cells-recesses of the same depth and width are made, intended for inscribing icons into them like "crosses" and "zeroes". Moreover, square cells-depressions are placed in horizontal and vertical rows so that the central horizontal and vertical rows include the maximum number of square cells-depressions with a symmetrical decrease in their number in rows located on the sides of the central rows. The square recessed cells are separated from each other and from the outer edge of the plastic base by bridges of identical width. Notches are made on the end surfaces of the plastic base.
