The utility model discloses a process of producing liquid deodorizer disinfectant extracted from waste banana trunks, the process comprising the steps of: a. collecting banana trunks; b. washing the collected trunks with water to wash off any excess dirt and other impurities; c. chopping off darkly colored areas on the outer skin of the trunks; d. chopping the remaining parts of the trunks into chunks having a size of not more than 5 inches long in any sides; e. pouring said chunks into a vessel filled with 25 kilograms of caustic soda flakes; f. heating the vessel containing the mixture of said chunks and 25 kilograms of caustic soda flakes through a high flame in about 20-30 minutes until the soda flakes and the chunks begin to liquefy; g. adding more chunks into the heated vessel until an amount of about 500-600 kilograms of the banana trunk chunks are utilized; h. continuously heating said vessel for about 60-70 minutes until the mixture becomes liquid having a brown color; i. cooling the mixture for at least 24 hours in room temperature; and j. filtering said mixture using a fine stainless mesh wire to separate solid banana trunk fibers from the extracted liquid, wherein said extracted liquid being the finished product that can be used as liquid deodorizer disinfectant.
