The utility model discloses a process of producing liquid deodorizer disinfectant extracted from waste banana trunks, the process comprising the steps of: a. collecting banana trunks； b. washing the collected trunks with water to wash off any excess dirt and other impurities； c. chopping off darkly colored areas on the outer skin of the trunks； d. chopping the remaining parts of the trunks into chunks having a size of not more than 5 inches long in any sides； e. pouring said chunks into a vessel filled with 25 kilograms of caustic soda flakes； f. heating the vessel containing the mixture of said chunks and 25 kilograms of caustic soda flakes through a high flame in about 20-30 minutes until the soda flakes and the chunks begin to liquefy； g. adding more chunks into the heated vessel until an amount of about 500-600 kilograms of the banana trunk chunks are utilized； h. continuously heating said vessel for about 60-70 minutes until the mixture becomes liquid having a brown color； i. cooling the mixture for at least 24 hours in room temperature； and j. filtering said mixture using a fine stainless mesh wire to separate solid banana trunk fibers from the extracted liquid, wherein said extracted liquid being the finished product that can be used as liquid deodorizer disinfectant.
