PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a medical device during surgery.SOLUTION: A joystick device is for wirelessly operating a medical device. An operation lever 13 is mounted on a pedestal 11 so as to be freely tiltable. An outer garment fixing mechanism 17 is mounted on the pedestal 11 and is a fixing mechanism for detachably fixing an outer garment worn by a medical worker to the pedestal 11.
