The present invention relates to an in vitro method for determining the prognosis of pancreatic cancer in a patient. More particularly, this method comprises the following steps: a) measuring the expression level of at least one gene chosen in the group consisting in: ACOX-1, TNFRSF10B, LYN, HIF1A, UBE2H, PARP2, ABCC1, ABCC3, IGJ and RPS23 or homologous genes, in a blood sample of said patient, b) predicting the outcome of the pancreatic cancer in said patient. The invention also relates to a kit specifically designed to carry out such a method.La présente invention concerne un procédé in vitro de détermination du pronostic dun cancer du pancréas chez un patient. Plus particulièrement, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) mesure du niveau dexpression dau moins un gène sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de : ACOX-1, TNFRSF10B, LYN, HIF1A, UBE2H, PARP2, ABCC1, ABCC3, IGJ et RPS23 ou des gènes homologues, dans un échantillon de sang dudit patient, b) prédiction de lévolution du cancer du pancréas chez ledit patient. Linvention concerne également un kit spécifiquement conçu pour réaliser un tel procédé.
