The invention relates to the use of CXCL4L1 as a biomarker of pancreatic cancer in a patient. More particularly, the invention relates to a method for detecting a pancreatic cancer and/or pancreatic metastasis in a patient, said method comprising determining the expression level of the CXCL4L1 gene in a biological sample obtained from said patient.Linvention porte sur lutilisation de CXCL4L1 en tant que biomarqueur du cancer du pancréas chez un patient.
