PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for disintegrating agent by which an intraoral disintegrating tablet or the like having a short disintegrating time can be obtained, and which absorbs a large amount of water to swell in a short time.SOLUTION: A composition for disintegrating agent contains: water-swellable polymer (A) which has 30 to 1000% of a water swelling rate calculated from a weight change amount between before and after allowing the polymer to absorb water at 25°C for 30 minutes and saccharides (B) having less than 30% of a water swelling rate.
