The present invention provides a microstructure including cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel, and a method for producing the same. The present invention has an effect in that it is possible to produce a microstructure which is uniform and has minimized distortion since the microstructure of the present invention uses cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel.
