PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pack a soft tofu into a package while not sandwiching the soft tofu as much as possible in a packing process and house a large number of tofu into packages all at once to remarkably increase packing performance.SOLUTION: A tofu packing apparatus comprises: extruding blades b which extrude a tofu B of a predetermined size and positioning blades c which position the side of slide table retracting action direction of the extruded block-shaped tofu, on a slide table S.
