Method of preparing a soluble protein N-truncated P protein complex of a virus of the Paramyxoviridae family, said method comprising the steps consisting of: a) co-expressing an N protein of a virus of the Paramyxoviridae family with a protein P truncated from the same virus of the Paramyxoviridae family, where said truncated P protein does not contain the P oligomerization domain and is capable of interacting with protein N； b) collecting the soluble truncated P protein-N protein complexes thus formed； where the virus of the family of the Paramyxoviridae is a virus of the subfamily of the Pneumovirinae.Método de preparación de un complejo soluble proteína N - proteína P truncada de un virus de la familia de los Paramyxoviridae, dicho método comprendiendo las etapas que consisten en: a) coexpresar una proteína N de un virus de la familia de los Paramyxoviridae con una proteína P truncada del mismo virus de la familia de los Paramyxoviridae, donde dicha proteína P truncada no contiene el dominio de oligomerización P y es capaz de interactuar con la proteína N； b) recolectar los complejos solubles proteína N - proteína P truncada así formados； donde el virus de la familia de los Paramyxoviridae es un virus de la subfamilia de los Pneumovirinae.
