Provided is a preparation that can improve the water solubility of an NPYY5 receptor antagonist even if the NPYY5 receptor antagonist is contained in a high content in the preparation. In the case of a solid preparation containing an NPYY5 receptor antagonist, carboxymethylethyl cellulose, and optionally an amorphization inducer, the dissolution property of the NPYY5 receptor antagonist could be improved.ＮＰＹＹ５受容体拮抗剤が製剤中に高含量含有されていても、ＮＰＹＹ５受容体拮抗剤の水溶解度を改善することができる製剤を提供する。ＮＰＹＹ５受容体拮抗剤、カルボキシメチルエチルセルロース、所望により非晶質化誘導剤を含有する固形製剤であれば、ＮＰＹＹ５受容体拮抗剤の溶出性を改善することができた。
