PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system and an operation method of the medical system capable of easily achieving appropriate hand-eye coordination.SOLUTION: A medical system includes: an imaging part a shaft part having a tip bent part provided on a base end side of the imaging part and a bent part 25 provided on a base end side of the tip bent part a driving part for generating power to operate the tip bent part and the bent part an input part for operating the tip bent part and the bent part a trocar 1a for inserting the shaft part and a controller 3 for controlling the driving part based on an input signal from the input part.
