PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type disposable diaper that can prevent excessive swelling to the front with the deformation of an absorber when a wearer pulls down the front body of the pants-type disposable diaper.SOLUTION: A pants-type disposable diaper includes an exterior body 20 for configuring a front body F and a back body B individually or together, an absorber 13 provided inside the exterior body 20 so as to extend over the back body B from the front body F, and a top sheet 11 for covering up the absorber 13 from the skin side. In the pants-type disposable diaper, both side edges of the exterior body of the front body and both side edges of the exterior body of the back body are joined to form a side seal part, and thereby a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed.
