PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions and food compositions that are effective in prevention, improvement and treatment of precocity by suppressing ovary early growth and suppressing production of follicle-stimulating hormone, and are also useful for growth in height.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition containing Yokuinin and Artemisia capillaris hot water extract as active ingredients.
