The present invention relates to an apparatus for hand rehabilitation. An apparatus for hand rehabilitation according to the present invention comprises: a hand wearing unit having a magnetic generating means worn on fingers； and an electromagnetic panel unit generating a magnetic field according to an applied current and inducing movements of the hand wearing unit by using the generated magnetic field. By using the magnetic field generated between the magnetic generating means worn on fingers and the electromagnetic panel unit, various movements of a hand such as bending, extension or rotation can be induced, and thus hand functions can be easily recovered.본 발명은 손 재활 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 손 재활 장치는 손가락에 착용 가능한 자력 발생 수단을 구비하는 손 착용부, 그리고 인가되는 전류에 따라 자기장을 발생시키고, 발생된 자기장을 이용하여 손 착용부의 움직임을 유도하는 전자기 패널부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 손가락에 착용 가능한 자력 발생 수단과 전자기 패널부 간에 발생되는 자기장을 이용하여 굴곡, 신전이나 회전 등과 같은 여러 가지 손의 움직임을 유도함으로써 수부 기능을 용이하게 회복할 수 있도록 한다.
