An embodiment of the present invention relates to a mobile communications terminal having a defibrillation function and an emergency patient saving system using the same. The mobile communications terminal is combined with the defibrillation function so that a patient who carries the mobile terminal having a defibrillation function can use the defibrillation function by him/herself in emergency. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides the mobile communications terminal having a defibrillation function including: a defibrillation execution unit that includes a connector arranged on one end portion thereof and at least one electrode pad arranged on the other end portion thereof, senses electrocardiogram of a user, and transmits defibrillation shock; a defibrillation generation unit which receives an electrocardiogram signal when connected to a connector, and generates the defibrillation shock; a first power supply unit which supplies power to the defibrillation execution unit and the defibrillation generation unit; a display unit which is linked to the defibrillation generation unit and displays a waveform of the electrocardiogram; a communications interface unit for transmitting and receiving data to and from an external device; and a main control unit. The main control unit: includes a defibrillation application installed thereon; automatically executes the defibrillation application when the electrode pad is connected to the connector; supplies power to a defibrillation execution unit and the defibrillation generation unit through a first power supply unit by execution of the defibrillation application; analyzes whether the electrocardiogram sensed by the defibrillation execution unit is abnormal; applies a control signal to make the defibrillation generation unit to generate the defibrillation shock when the electrocardiogram is abnormal; and controls an emergency signal to be transmitted through the communications interface unit to the extern
