PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic that gives a good feeling, excellent dispersion stability, high covering strength and a natural finish without chunkiness.SOLUTION: The powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic is characterized by including (A) a surfactant of a fatty acid ester type of a polyhydric alcohol that is liquid at 25°C and has an HLB value of 6 or less, (B) a volatile oil solution, and (C) a titanium dioxide pigment that is spherical anatase type titanium dioxide having an average particle diameter of 0.1-5 μm and has a pore diameter peak of 5-50 nm in a pore diameter distribution measured by a nitrogen adsorption method and a pore volume in the range of 0.05-0.3 cm3/g.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】カバー力を上げながらも厚ぼったくならず自然な仕上がりで、感触も良く、分散安定性に優れた粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(A)HLB値6以下であり、25℃で液状の多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル型界面活性剤、(B)揮発性油剤、及び(C)平均粒子径が0.1~5μmの球状アナタース型二酸化チタンであって、窒素吸着法で測定した細孔分布における細孔直径のピークが5~50nmにあり、しかも、細孔容積が0.05~0.3cm3/gの範囲である二酸化チタン顔料、を含有することを特徴とする粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料。【選択図】なし
