The present invention relates to a persimmon peeling apparatus for automatically peeling fruits such as persimmon. The persimmon peeling apparatus comprises: an upper main body (10) on which a persimmon peeling unit (102) and a persimmon driving unit (104) are mounted； and a lower main body (20) equipped with a motor (24), wherein the motor (24) is shaft-coupled with a shaft pole (12) provided on a lower portion of the upper main body (10) to perform rotation or reverse rotation. A controller (16) is combined with the shaft pole (12) to control the rotation of from the lower main body (20) to the upper main body (10), and thus a persimmon supply work and a peeling work are respectively performed in different directions by the rotation of the upper main body (10). Therefore, through the rotation of the persimmon peeling apparatus, the supply of persimmons, the peeling work, and the discharge procedure can be performed more rapidly and easily, thereby improving workability due to the automation of the peeling work.본 발명은 감 따위의 과일 껍질을 자동화로 제피하기 위한 감 제피장치에 관한 것으로서, 감 제피부(102)와 감 구동부(104)가 장착된 상부 본체(10)를 구비하고, 상부 본체(10)의 하부에 갖는 축봉(12)과 축 결합하여 정역회전시키는 모터(24)가 장착된 하부 본체(20)를 구성하되 축봉(12)에 하부 본체(20)로부터 상부 본체(10)의 회전이 제어되게 제동부(16)를 결합 구성하여 상부 본체(10)의 회전작동에 의해 감 공급 및 제피작업이 각각 다른 방향에서 이루어지도록 구성하여 줌으로써 감 제피장치의 회전작동에 의해 감의 공급, 제피작업 및 배출과정이 보다 신속하면서 용이하게 이루어지도록 하여 제피작업의 자동화에 따른 작업성을 높이도록 한 것이다.
