A method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition based on Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and Dexamethasone for ophthalmological and otological use comprises the dissolution of the surface-active substance, the moistening of glucocorticoid, sterilization, preparation and sterilization of the excipients, combination of the ingredients in sterile conditions. The composition is prepared with 0.09-0.20 % Dexamethasone and 0.20-0.40 % Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. First, sodium chloride is dissolved in the water for injections at 0.45-0.9 % followed by the addition of Tiloxapol solution and micronized suspension of Dexamethasone. The suspension prepared is sterilized under the constant stirring. At the second step, hydroxyethyl cellulose is dissolved in the water for injections on being heated at the temperature of 55-. The solution is filtered and sterilized. At the third stage, the following ingredients are dissolved consecutively: sodium acetate trihydrate, glacial acetic acid, boric acid (to pH 3.8-4.8) and Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. To the solution prepared, the solution of benzalconium chloride and disodium edentate prepared beforehand is added. The solution is further filtered through the membranes of 1 µm and 0.22 µm. The solutions prepared at the steps 2 and 3 are mixed aseptically. The suspension prepared at the step 1 is added. The suspension prepared is homogenized for 20-25 minutes.Спосіб одержання фармацевтичної композиції на основі ципрофлоксацину гідрохлориду і дексаметазону для застосування в офтальмологічній та отологічній практиці включає розчинення поверхнево-активної речовини, змочування глюкокортикоїду, стерилізацію, підготовку допоміжних речовин та їх стерилізацію, поєднання компонентів в асептичних умовах.
