The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating a Bruch′s membrane malfunction related disease, which comprises sea cucumber extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating a Bruch′s membrane malfunction related disease, which comprises sea cucumber or fraction thereof and has an effect for regenerating Bruch′s membrane of an eye and improving a transporting function. A composition according to the present invention has an effect for improving a transporting function of Bruch′s membrane and promoting regeneration of Bruch′s membrane, and thus an aging process of eyes is retarded or reversed.
