PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biplane radiographic and fluoroscopic X-ray apparatus equipped with a foot switch to perform a fluoroscopic operation in two directions simultaneously by the toe of one foot.SOLUTION: The foot switch 10 for the radiographic and fluoroscopic operation includes: a pedal 11 with a projection 11a； a pedal 12 with a projection 12a； and a pedal 13. An interval between the projections 11a, 12a is smaller than the width of the toe of an operator. When the pedal 11 is pressed, fluoroscopy in the first direction is performed. When the pedal 12 is pressed, fluoroscopy in the second direction is performed. When the projection 11a and the projection 12a are pressed by the toe, the fluoroscopy is performed in the two directions simultaneously.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】片足のつま先で２方向同時に透視操作ができるフットスイッチを備えたバイプレーンのＸ線透視撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】透視撮影操作用のフットスイッチ１０は、突起１１ａを有するペダル１１と、突起１２ａを有するペダル１２と、ペダル１３を備えており、突起１１ａと突起１２ａの間隔は術者のつま先の幅より狭い構成である。ペダル１１を踏むと第１の方向の透視が行われ、ペダル１２を踏むと第２の方向の透視が行われる。つま先で突起１１ａと突起１２ａを踏むと２方向同時に透視が行われる。【選択図】 図１
