PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical nut easily taken out to the outside of the body by integrating a nut with a nut removal tool.SOLUTION: A nut removal tool 15 is inserted into subcutaneous tissue E, and a cylinder part 15a thereof is made to abut on a reverse outside thread part 12f of the outer surface of a nut 12. When the nut removal tool 15 is rotated counterclockwise, that is, in the reverse screw direction, the reverse outside thread part 12f of the nut 12 and the reverse inside thread part 15c of the nut removal tool 15 screw-engage with each other so that the removal tool 15 is integrated with the nut 12. Further, when the removal tool 15 is rotated counterclockwise, the rotation is transmitted to the nut 12, so that the nut 12 starts to rotate counterclockwise to a screw 11, and a forward inside thread part 12c of the nut 12 starts to gradually come out of a forward outside thread part 11b of the screw 11 with which it screw-engages.
