The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic composition containing a golden peanut extract. The golden peanuts are grown by using golden ionized water and also by means of extraction methods which include water and an organic solvent, or ultrasonic waves, supercriticality, a fermentation method, and a drug processing method. According to the present invention, the extract of the golden peanut has excellent antioxidative effects on skin, cell proliferating effects, and preventive effects for skin aging.
