PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation or an internal agent which have antiaging effects, whitening effects and wrinkle protecting effects, as well as moisturizing effects as food, in a skin, by SOD (superoxide dismutase)-like action, radical scavenging performance, collagenase inhibitory effects, hyaluronidase inhibitory effects and tyrosinase inhibitory effects.
SOLUTION: A skin beautifying composition which prevents skin roughness or wrinkles, inhibits aging of the skin and has whitening effects is produced by compounding a lizhi seed or its extract to the skin care preparation, a dietary product or a medicine. Provision of the skin care preparation, the dietary product or the medicine which prevents skin roughness or wrinkles, inhibits aging of the skin and has whitening effects removing dullness of the skin, is enabled.
