The invention is a different refining method as solvents are not required for refining the ostrich oil (row) the refined oil maintains the capacity of fatty acids to regenerate the skin, the present process allowing these elements to be preserved for obtaining a more effective and direct application, or in a diversity of products the human body is not able to produce by itself these fatty acids, thus being obtained by the consumption of food however, the capacity of metabolizing these fatty acids is reduced with time and ageing of cells. There are two fatty acids considered as essential in the human being: linoleic acid (omega 6) and alpha linoleic acid (omega 3).
