PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric device capable of suppressing catching of hairs between a measurement part and a head, and suppressing generation of hindrance in measurement due to hairs or decline of measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus radiates near infrared light toward a head by using near infrared spectroscopy, detects the near infrared light diffused and reflected by the head, and measures biofunction based on the detection result.
