PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing seed-containing pomegranate fruit juice, the seed-containing pomegranate fruit juice obtained by using the method and pomegranate fruit juice-containing jelly obtained by using the seed-containing pomegranate fruit juice.SOLUTION: This method for producing the seed-containing pomegranate fruit juice comprises: a step of collecting cargo of the pomegranates and selecting the same on a belt conveyer a step of crushing the whole fruit of the pomegranates, removing the pericarp of the whole fruit of the pomegranates and leaving the fruit part consisting of flesh and seeds a step of separating the seeds from the flesh as to the fruit part, and squeezing the flesh to make the fruit juice a step of crushing the seeds until these seeds become particle-like form a step of sterilizing pomegranate-mixed liquid consisting of the particle-like seeds and the fruit juice a step of filtering for separately performing the filtration of the pomegranate-mixed liquid by two times after the sterilizing step and a step of heat-concentrating the pomegranate-mixed liquid after the filtration, where the filtration step comprises a first filtration of filtering by using a filter having coarse holes, and a second filtration by using a filter having a smaller hole diameter than that of the filter used in the first filtration.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】種子入りザクロジュースの製造方法、その製造方法を使用して成る種子入りザクロジュース及び前記種子入りザクロジュースを使用して成るザクロ果汁入りゼリーを提供する。【解決手段】ザクロを集荷し、ベルトコンベア上で選別する工程と、前記ザクロ全果を潰し、前記ザクロ全果から果皮を取り除き、果肉及び種子から成る果実部分を残す工程と、前記果実部分について、前記種子及び前記果肉とに分離し、前記果肉を搾って果汁にする工程と、前記種子を粒状になるまで潰す工程と、粒状の前記種子と前記果汁から成るザクロ混合液を滅菌する工程と、該滅菌工程後、前記ザクロ混合液を2回に分けて濾過をする濾過工程と、前記濾過後、前記ザクロ混合液を加熱濃縮する工程とを具備する種子入りザクロジュースの製造方法であって、前記濾過工程は、粗い孔を有するフィルタで濾過をする第1濾過と、前記第1濾過で使用されるフィルタよりも孔径の小さいフィルタで濾過をする第2濾過とを具備する。【選択図】図1
