The fitting portion is configured with an outlet. The inner wall of the tube body is circularly configured with a plurality of ribs. The tube body is configured with a plunger therein. The plunger is configured with a screw hole and recessions matched with the ribs. The cap is configured with a blind hole fitted with the collecting portion for sealing the outlet of the fitting portion. The drawing rod is configured with a screw portion screwed with the screw hole.
