Procedure for the treatment of water with chlorine dioxide (ClO2), characterized by the characteristics that 1. the reaction room, in which ClO2 is produced, is completely surrounded by water, 2. the water surrounding the room reaction is at the same time the water to be treated, 3. the ClO2 resulting in the reaction room is moved from the reaction room directly to the water to be treated, the reaction room being a reactor, which is it operates without any pressure regulation arrangement, and by providing the reactor with a free outlet located in the outlet orifice from the reactor, such that the pressure in the reaction chamber can only rise to the value that is exerted by the surrounding water over the reaction room.Procedimiento para el tratamiento de agua con dióxido de cloro (ClO2), caracterizado por las características de que 1. el recinto de reacción, en el que se produce el ClO2, está rodeado completamente por agua, 2. el agua que rodea al recinto de reacción es al mismo tiempo el agua que se ha de tratar, 3. el ClO2 que resulta en el recinto de reacción es desplazado desde el recinto de reacción directamente al agua que se ha de tratar, siendo el recinto de reacción un reactor, que se hace funcionar sin ninguna disposición de regulación de la presión, y disponiendo el reactor de una salida libre situada en el orificio de salida desde el reactor, de manera tal que la presión en el recinto de reacción puede subir solamente hasta el valor que es ejercido por el agua circundante sobre el recinto de reacción.
