The absorber 13 comprises: a SAP layer 17b as SAP layer 17b constituted of SAP, partitioned on a principal surface so as to have a plurality of SAP regions； an upper layer absorbent core 17a and a lower layer absorbent core 17c laminated so as to sandwich the SAP layer 17b from above and below； and a second sheet 16 arranged so as to partition the plurality of SAP regions.
