Temperature sensitive immunoliposomes are provided to improve selectivity of drugs to target cells by binding an antibody recognizing an epitope specific to the target cell, so that the drugs are transported to target cells such as cancer cells or target organs to kill cancer cells. Temperature-sensitive immunoliposomes consist of phospholipids of dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine(DPPC), dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine(DMPC) and distearoylphosphatidylcholine(DSPC) and dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine(DOPE), have a bounded monoclonal antibody such as an epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), and contain an anticancer agent selected from gemcitabine, busulfan, chlorambucil, cyclophosphamide, melphalan, cisplatin, ifosfamide, cytarabine, 5-fuorouracil, methotrexate, actinomycin-D, bleomycin, daunorubicin, adriamycin, mitomycin-C, vinblastine, vincristine, vindesine, procarbazine, tamoxifen, megestrol acetate, flutamide and goserelin acetate.본 발명은 온도 민감성 면역리포좀의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 친수성 및 소수성을 모두 갖고 있는 인지질을 이용하여 특정온도에서 반응하는 온도 민감성 면역리포좀을 제조하고 여기에 특정 암세포의 특이적 에피토프(epitope)를 인식할 수 있는 항체를 온도 민감성 리포좀에 결합시켜 암세포 또는 표적기관에 약물을 집중적으로 전달할 수 있는 리포좀을 제조하는 방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 온도 민감성 면역리포좀은 표적세포에 대한 선택성이 우수하며, 특히 암세포의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
