The knee support assembly comprises a left knee support (4) and a right knee support (5), wherein the left end of the left knee support (4) is connected with the middle part of the side stand on the left side in a rotating mode, the right end of the right knee support (5) is connected with the middle part of the side support on the right side in a rotating mode, and the right end of the left knee support (4) is connected with the left end of the right knee support (5) in a rotating mode. The seat plate assembly comprises a left seat plate (6) and a right seat plate (7), wherein the left end of the left seat plate (6) is connected with the rear part of the side stand on the left side in a rotating mode, and the right end of the right seat plate (7) is connected with the rear part of the side stand on the right side in a rotating mode.
