PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energizing device for baths capable of mitigating a feeling of stimulation by energization, facilitating an attachment of an electrode unit, and improving a degree of freedom in an attachment position of the electrode unit, and to provide the electrode unit.SOLUTION: This energizing device for baths includes: a power supply device a first electrode connected to the power supply device and energizing liquid in a bathtub and the electrode unit connected to the power supply device and energizing a human body. The electrode unit includes: a suction cup to be sucked to the human body with liquid included therein a second electrode provided inside the suction cup and connected to the power supply device and a spacer to be located between the second electrode and the human body.
