The invention relates to a mechanical system forming round bales of straw and hay, intended to fit out a bale-forming chamber of an agricultural press. According to the invention, the system consists of some bearings () and some spacing rods (), where the spacing rods are arranged on a diameter () equal with the diameter of the bale to be formed, on said rods () there being freely rotatably placed some pipes (), the drive being ensured by a drive unit of a press () by means of a link chain (), the system also comprising some jackets () wherein some plungers () slide by means of some arms () driven by some cylinders (), thereby achieving a travel () with a view to discharging the so formed bale at a density () obtained by the adjustment of the value of the rotation moment achieved by a coupling ().Invenţia se referă la un sistem mecanic destinat formării baloturilor rotunde din paie sau fân, cu care este echipată o cameră de formare a baloturilor într-o presă agricolă. Sistemul conform invenţiei este alcătuit din nişte lagăre () şi din nişte tije () distanţier, acestea din urmă fiind dispuse pe un diametru () egal cu diametrul balotului care urmează a se forma, pe tije () fiind plasate, cu posibilitate de rotire liberă, nişte ţevi (), acţionarea fiind făcută de către un grup de antrenare al unei prese () prin intermediul unui lanţ () cu zale, precum şi din nişte mantale () în care culisează nişte plunjere (), cu ajutorul unor braţe () acţionate de nişte cilindri () realizându-se o cursă (), în vederea evacuării balotului format la o densitate () obţinută prin reglarea valorii momentului de torsiune de către un cuplaj ().
