The invention relates to a knee orthosis with magnets that creates a magnetic field using several permanent magnets fixed on a classic knee orthosis worn by a patient during the treatment, the said orthosis being useful in the treatment of knee cartilage lesions, after having previously introduced therein an active visco-elastic substance which contains magnetic nanoparticles bio-functionalized by hyaluronate coating. According to the invention, the orthosis consists of a classic orthosis (1) having, in the knee joint area, a centering recess (a) on top of which there is placed a complement covering (2) provided with some pockets (3) which are fixed to the complement covering (2) by some attachments (4), wherein the magnets (5) are introduced, some other attachments (b) being located in the medial magnet area, the pockets (3) ending at their top part with some resilient elements (c), while some resilient tapes (6) are placed on the perimeter of the classic orthosis (1), the magnets being placed at a certain distance (d) in the vertical plane and having, in the horizontal plane, an angle (α) therebetween.Invenţia se referă la o orteză cu magneţi, pentru genunchi, care creează un câmp magnetic folosind mai mulţi magneţi permanenţi, fixaţi pe o orteză clasică de genunchi, purtată de pacient în timpul tratamentului, orteza fiind utilizabilă în tratamentul leziunilor cartilaginoase ale genunchiului în care s-a introdus în prealabil o substanţă activă vâscoelastică, care conţine nanoparticule magnetice, biofuncţionalizate, prin acoperire cu hialuronat.
