To provide a ten-finger fingerprint card input device capable of improving fingerprint verification accuracy by cutting out an appropriate fingerprint area from a ten-finger fingerprint card and reducing imprint position errors and finger type designation errors and also to provide a ten-finger fingerprint card input method and a storage medium.SOLUTION: A planar fingerprint image processing device includes: a storage part for storing an image of a ten-finger fingerprint card including ten-finger rotating fingerprint and ten-finger flat fingerprint； and a control part for cutting out a rotating fingerprint image and a planar fingerprint image of the ten-finger fingerprint card.
