PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can accurately track a region of interest.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device 300 includes an acquisition part 327a, a reference frame generation part 327b, and a tracking processing part 327c. The acquisition part 327a acquires a plurality of frames showing ultrasonic images in time series with an initial frame as a starting point. The reference frame generation part 327b performs similarity comparison between a current frame and a frame immediately preceding to the current frame, and generates the reference frame on the basis of weighting processing to the initial frame and the immediately-preceding frame using the comparison result.
