PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a movement from a moving image with a high degree of precision by taking into account an impact of noise, and achieve excellent noise reduction according to the determination result.SOLUTION: An image processing device that performs a weighted addition of a plurality of frames of moving images in a time series manner includes: filter means for subjecting an image of a frame prior to a current frame of the plurality of frames of moving images to recursive filter processing； coefficient acquisition means for acquiring a weighting coefficient of the current frame based on the statistic of noise in a difference image between the image of the current frame and the image acquired by the filter means； and addition means for adding the plurality of frames of moving images based on the weighting coefficient corresponding to the plurality of frames acquired by the coefficient acquisition means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
