PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly define the color boundaries of a wet multi-color cosmetic while keeping the filling density uniform.
SOLUTION: The inside of cosmetic pan 2 the opening of which is covered with sliced-off surface 1e is partitioned into a plurality of sections with partitioning plate 1d by bringing down the partitioning plate 1d movably arranged on filling head 1. In this state a multi-color slurry is extruded through injection ports 1f and 1g to separately fill each of the partitioned sections. In this state, the partitioning plate 1d is lifted to the point where the lower edge of the partitioning plate 1d is higher than the sliced-off surface 1e. The filling head 1 is slid relative to the cosmetic pan 2 so that the multi-color slurry in the filling space is sliced off at the sliced-off surface 1e.
