The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving a mushroom medium mixer, and more specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to smoothen the power transmission while preventing the separation of a belt from a pulley and increasing the frictional force between the pulley and the belt by alternately mounting a trapezoidal-shaped belt with a groove formed in the center of the belt over the entire length in a length direction, into which a protrusion formed at the center of a cross section of the pulley can be inserted, and a trapezoidal-shaped belt, in order to transmit the driving power to the mushroom medium mixer.
