PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified composition for foods and drinks using fresh cheese having a relatively high milk solid content, and having a high milk solid content and excellent emulsion stability.

SOLUTION: The emulsified composition includes at least the fresh cheese having &ge45 wt.% of the milk solid content, two or more kinds of emulsifiers and water. In the emulsified composition, the ratio of use (weight ratio) of the fresh cheese to water is &ge1.2, and an emulsifier (emulsifier A) having an HLB of &ge10 and an emulsifier (emulsifier B) having an HLB of <10 are contained as the two or more kinds of emulsifiers. The weight ratio of the emulsifier A to the emulsifier B is &ge1.1.
