PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milky lotion which does not cause allergy because of being emulsified using an electrolytic reduction water obtained by subjecting water to electrolytic reduction by focusing on a point that an electrolytic reduction water has a function to emulsify oil content, without using any emulsifier, in consideration that, generally, oil is emulsified using an emulsifier including components other than essentially necessary components for a milky lotion, and this emulsifier sometimes causes allergy when it is applied to skin or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a milky lotion obtained by emulsifying jojoba oil, squalane oil, or olive oil, wherein 0.5-2 wt.% of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, and 1-wt.% of jojoba oil, squalane oil, or olive oil are mixed, to an electrolytic reduction water that is stabilized to pH 10.5-14.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】一般に乳化には、本来必要とする成分以外の乳化剤を用いて油を乳化させているので、この乳化した油を肌などに塗布するとき、乳化剤によってアレルギーを起すことがあるが、電解還元水に油分を乳化させる機能がある点に着目し、水を電解還元した電解還元水を用いて乳化しており、アレルギーを引き起こすことがない乳液の提供。【解決手段】PH10.5~PH14に安定化した電解還元水に対し、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムを0.5~2wt%、ホホバ油、スクワラン油、又は、オリーブ油を1~5wt%混入し、ホホバ油、スクワラン油、又は、オリーブ油を乳化させた乳液。【選択図】なし
