PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP packaging machine capable of using contents of non-defective products without wasting, and achieving simplification of a device and suppression of various costs.SOLUTION: A filling device includes a downstream side rotation drum 58 for filling a pocket part 2 with tablets 5 as the content. The downstream side rotation drum 58 has a downstream side adsorption part 58A, and is formed so as to switch an adsorption state of the tablets 5 to the downstream side adsorption part 58A. When it is determined that the tablets 5 to be supplied to a sheet planned part to be finally a PTP sheet are defective, the downstream side adsorption part 58A is put into an adsorption state so as to keep the tablets 5 of non-defective products in a state of being absorbed to the downstream side adsorption part 58A without filling a pocket part 2 of the sheet planned part therewith. The tablets 5 kept in a state of being absorbed to the downstream side adsorption part 58A are used in filling in the next time and after.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】良品の内容物を無駄にせず利用すること等ができ、かつ、装置の簡素化や各種コストの抑制を図ることができるPTP包装機を提供する。【解決手段】充填装置は、内容物としての錠剤5をポケット部2に充填するための下流側回転ドラム58を備える。下流側回転ドラム58は下流側吸着部58Aを有し、下流側吸着部58Aに対する錠剤5の吸着状態が切換可能に構成されている。最終的にPTPシートとなるシート予定部に供給される錠剤5が不良であると判定された場合、下流側吸着部58Aが吸着状態とされることで、このシート予定部のポケット部2に対し良品の錠剤5は充填されず下流側吸着部58Aに吸着された状態で維持される。下流側吸着部58Aに対し吸着された状態で維持された錠剤5は、次回以降の充填時に利用される。【選択図】 図5
