Fixation element for osteosynthesis membranes, bindable to a bone structure comprising a pliable laminated structure (1) that comprises a central plate (2) of an elongated geometry, which has a first free end (6), and a first fixation end (7), and two lateral plates (3), converging at the central plate (2), each one of which has a second free end (8), and a second fixation end (9), which converges at the first fixation end (7) of the central plate (2). The fixation element further comprises distal bulges (10) located on the first free end (6) and on each of the second free ends (8), and a sharpened self-drilling point (11) which is projected from the convergence of the fixation ends (7, 9), towards the rear face (5) of the laminated structure (1) to be driven into the bone structure.
