PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet printing apparatus in which a conveyor belt stably conveys tablets for suppressing a reduction in the printing quality.SOLUTION: A tablet printing apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a pulley body 21b； a chamber body 61； a pulley body 21c provided to face the pulley body 21b with the chamber body 61 in between； a conveyor belt 21a that bridges the pulley body 21b and the pulley body 21c； and a print head 24 that prints on tablets T held upon the conveyor belt 21a. The conveyor belt 21a has a plurality of suction holes 21g that form a line in a rotation direction of the pulley body 21b and are in communication with the internal spaces of the pulley body 21b and the chamber body 61.
