PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet printing apparatus which can suppress reduction in the printing quality.SOLUTION: A tablet printing apparatus includes: a pulley body 21b which has an internal space； a chamber 21f which is formed so as to communicate with the internal space of the pulley body 21b； a suction pipe which suctions the interior of the chamber 21f； a driven pulley 21c which is provided so as to face the pulley body 21b via the chamber 21f； a conveyor belt 21a which is stretched between the pulley body 21b and the driven pulley 21c； and a print head device 25 which performs printing on the tablet T held on the conveyor belt 21a. The conveyor belt 21a includes a plurality of suction holes which communicate with the internal spaces of the pulley body 21b and the chamber 21f and are arrayed in the rotation direction of the pulley body 21b.
