PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a clean state of a surface of an indoor fan at all times to prevent growth of mold and the like without using harmful ozone and degrading heat exchanging performance of an indoor heat exchanger, in an indoor unit of a package-type air conditioning device.SOLUTION: A sterilization cleaning liquid composed of an aqueous solution in which a substance generating hydroxyl radical by being decomposed by irradiation of ultraviolet ray under coexistence of water, or ion is dissolved, and substantially not including ozone, is supplied and attached to a surface of an indoor fan to which organic soil such as dust and dirt are attached, and then ultraviolet ray is applied to the surface so that OH radical is generated, thus the organic soil is decomposed and removed, and further sterilized by strong oxidation force of the OH radical.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 パッケージ型の空気調和装置の室内ユニットにおいて、有害なオゾンを使用したり、室内熱交換器の熱交換能力を落としたりすることなく、室内ファンの表面を常に清浄な状態に保ち、カビ等の発生を防止する。【解決手段】 水の共存下における紫外線照射によって分解してヒドロキシルラジカルを生成する物質又はイオンが溶解した水溶液であって且つオゾンを実質的に含まない水溶液からなる殺菌用洗浄液を、塵や埃などの有機汚れが付着した室内ファンの表面に供給して付着させた後、これら表面に紫外線を照射することによってＯＨラジカルを発生させ、このＯＨラジカルの強力な酸化力により前記有機汚れを分解除去し、更に殺菌を行う。【選択図】図１
