The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a sulfuric acid liquid fertilizer combined with a pesticide comprises the following steps: crushing mineral sulfur to a predetermined size and placing the same in a steamer before applying steam to firstly steam for 4 to 5 hours； drying the sulfur for 24 hours, and adding acetic acid-containing steamed obtained by heating acetic acid-containing water to steam for 4 to 5 hours； repeating the drying and steaming process 3 times to remove the toxicity of the sulfur； pulverizing the sulfur into particulates in nanosize； and mixing 12-15 wt% of the particulates with distilled water. The sulfuric acid liquid fertilizer combined with the pesticide produced by the method acts as a nutrient of a plant when being sprayed on the plant, thereby enhancing the immunity and promoting the growth.본 발명은 광물성 유황을 일정크기로 분쇄하여 찜통에 넣고 스팀을 가해 4~5시간 1차 증자한 후, 24시간 건조시키고 다시 초산이 함유된 물을 가열하여 얻은 초산 스팀을 가해 4~5시간 증자하고 24시간 건조시키는 방법을 3회 반복하여 유황의 독을 제독하고 나노단위의 미립자로 분쇄하여 증류수에 12~15중량% 되게 혼합하는 방법으로 얻어지는 농약 겸용 유황 액비의 제조방법이다.
