A feeding bottle with sterilizer cap comprising of a hollow bottle body having a closed bottom portion, a reduced rounded shoulders extending to a thread neck adapted to be screwably attached with a nipple and a nipple collar assembly, characterized in that said bottle is provided with a substantially cylindrical sterilizer cap having a thickened lip portion being removably engaged with said reduced rounded shoulders.
