A strain reliever for a lead of an implantable heart stimulator, which lead includes at least one cable (10) having an electric conductor, comprises a body (2) of electrically conducting material in electric contact with the electric conductor. The body is lockable in a position in electric contact with electric circuitry of the heart stimulator. The body comprises a fastening means (12) for fastening the proximal end of the cable (10) at the fastening point on the peripheral surface of the body located at a distance from the distal end of the body. A means is provided at the distal end of the body for fixing the cable to extend in the distal direction from a departure point at the body distal end. The cable is intended to extend in a helical path on the peripheral surface of the body between the fastening point and the departure point.L’invention concerne un relâcheur de tension pour une dérivation dun stimulateur cardiaque implantable, ladite dérivation incluant au moins un câble (10) ayant un conducteur électrique, ledit relâcheur de tension comprenant un corps (2) en matériel conduisant l’électricité en contact électrique avec ledit conducteur électrique. Le corps est verrouillable dans une position de contact électrique avec un circuit électrique du stimulateur cardiaque. Le corps comprend un moyen d’attache (12) pour attacher lextrémité proximale du câble (10) au point dattache sur la surface périphérique du corps situé à une certaine distance de lextrémité distale du corps. À lextrémité distale du corps, un moyen permet de fixer le câble pour létendre dans la direction distale depuis un point de départ à l’extrémité distale du corps. Le câble est prévu pour s’étendre dans un passage hélicoïdal sur la surface périphérique du corps entre le point dattache et le point de départ.
