PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button type in-vitro fixing instrument which prevents the formation of a humid environment between the in-vitro fixing instrument and a body surface, and suppress the self-extraction while improving workability for wiping out an area around a fistula.SOLUTION: The in-vitro fixing instrument A includes: a body part 10 which is configured to be almost hemispherical to have a top part 12 at end thereon and at least three supporting parts 20 which are attached to the body part 10 to protruded to the end from the top part 12 of the body part 10.
